The ALL study also seeks to profile the skills of adults in
two additional domains using indirect behavioral
methods.
Skills to be measured indirectly are:
Teamwork:
the competencies needed for effective participation in a team,
including interpersonal communication skills, adaptability,
flexibility, mutual trust, and willingness to work with
others;
Information
Communication Technology: the knowledge and
skills to use information technology to accomplish job-related
tasks; and
ALL also profiles participation in episodes of
adult education and training, i.e. formal learning
after the initial cycle of formal education has been
completed.
